Each board is pressed to have a smooth kicked tail and rise from the tail to the nose. Giving the board a springy responsive ride. The boards are also bent to have the concave curves for agile toe to heal stearing.
The hardest part is giving the boards the curves. Lucky for you I have just the thing.
